Major Activities of the Job:

Manage and maintain adequate inventory of goods in all storage rooms (consumables, sprat parts, raw materials):

  • Coordinate needs for production areas such as in the cP Platform, Bulk Manufacturing.

  • Maintain inventory  of consumables using transactions in SAP, NEXTS.

  • Liaison with Maintenance with respect  to spare parts as needed.

  • Liaison with warehouse for consumable/ raw material ordering when needed.

  • Liaison with transport  for delivery  of materials.

Inventory Administration (SAP)- Order consumables, raw materials, perform cycle counts:

  • Complete SAP transactions in a timely,  accurate  manner.

  • Reservation of goods in the warehouse.

  • Real time movement of goods  to storage  location.

  • Perform cycle counts to ensure  inventory  accuracy. Perform  adjustments if necessary.

Housekeeping  of loading docks, storage rooms, mechanical rooms and movement of materials to final storage locations:

  • Ensure  area is inspection ready at all times.

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment through daily, on-going movement of goods to appropriate storage locations. Record  activities  in SAP as real time transactions.

  • Bundling and disposal of waste to allow for daily deliveries of materials  and equipment. Arrange  for disposal  of empty  drums  and any waste on a routine basis.

  • Ensure  loading  docks and hallways are clean and unobstructed by materials  or equipment.

  • Assist  with the movement of dirty tanks to appropriate areas.  Ensure Tanks entering in production are in good state (wheels, carts, etc.)

  • Organize storage rooms. Participate in keeping storage  rooms tidy and organized (sort,  straighten, shine,  standardize, sustain).

  • Report  any leaks from any of the utilities  systems, piping etc. in Mechanical room to Building  manager and Area Manager.

  • Ensure Mechanical room area is clean, dry and unobstructed by materials.

Maintain working levels of scrubs for entry into production areas and gowning supplies in all airlocks:

  • Routine checks  of gowning supplies in airlocks.

  • Maintain supply in airlocks and replenish stock in storage room(s) as needed.

Sample coordination and delivery to Sample Management, Microbiology:

  • Responsible for collection of samples from production area and delivery  to Sample Management as needed according to the production schedule.

  • Coordination with areas for the timely delivery  of time sensitive  samples such as Bioburden, WFI MLE samples.

Responsible for preparing safe transport of materials, product or equipment and/or chemical disposal in accordance with standard operating procedures:

  • Follow cGMP material flows and respective standard operating procedures for staging  of materials for transport and disposal  of chemicals/ waste.

  • Liaison  with HSE/ Transport for pick-up of materials/ waste.

  • Adapt the frequency of pick-up  to business need to keep loading docks/corridors inspection ready.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) year College Diploma (General Studies).

  • Preferred three (3) year College Diploma (General Studies), plus a minimum of one (1) years of previous relevant work experience.

  • Time Management.

  • Problem solving, trouble shooting.

  • Health and Safety.

Hours Of Work:

  • Inclusive from Monday to Friday: 7:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
