Senior Clinical Science Associate

KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs the calls on assigned customers at specific frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume. Builds and maintains a robust customer database, develops a strong relationship and network with allocated customers and KOLs
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops associated initiatives
  • Implements strategic sales plan or promotion program
  • Works closely with product manager to execute launch & marketing activities to support the growth of business
  • Provides input on sales forecast and competitive intelligence. Proposes corresponding action plans. Ensures adherence of industry and company’s Code of Ethics.   

                             

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree in Science, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience in hematology will be an added advantage
  • A self-starter and has the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work through ambiguities and adjust strategies and plans appropriately
  • KOL managements skills
  • Creativity and result oriented
  • Customer and patients focus
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
