KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs the calls on assigned customers at specific frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume. Builds and maintains a robust customer database, develops a strong relationship and network with allocated customers and KOLs
- Identifies business opportunities and develops associated initiatives
- Implements strategic sales plan or promotion program
- Works closely with product manager to execute launch & marketing activities to support the growth of business
- Provides input on sales forecast and competitive intelligence. Proposes corresponding action plans. Ensures adherence of industry and company’s Code of Ethics.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Science, or related discipline
- At least 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience in hematology will be an added advantage
- A self-starter and has the ability to work independently
- Ability to work through ambiguities and adjust strategies and plans appropriately
- KOL managements skills
- Creativity and result oriented
- Customer and patients focus
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
